E-Learning : a flexible and individual solution
For employers, it is not a simple task to keep employees up to date with the frequent changes in regulations, find training dates that fit into peoples’ busy schedules, find trainers, organise the follow-up and do all this at a reasonable cost.
To supplement its conventional classroom training courses, the IFBL offers an attractive option for the above using e-learning. E-learning allows for an individual learning experience enabling learners to follow the course where and when it suits them. This solution offers maximum flexibility for employers who need to meet their statutory obligations to sensitise and train their staff on this subject.
Structure
The course consists of three learning modules and one final test:
- Module 1: Définitions and functioning (30 minutes)
- Module 2: Actors, obligations and sanctions (60 minutes)
- Module 3: Practical applications (15 minutes)
- Test: 20 questions (100 points)
Le contenu détaillé de chacun de ces modules est décrit dans le dépliant :
MEthod
•combination of theory and exercices
•explications in case of wrong answers
•audio comments to guide the participant
•easy to follow structure, allowing for a customized learning (revise or skip subjects, etc.)
Reporting
Learners see their results as soon as the test is completed. One person within the Human Resources department with responsibility for following learners through the course will be given an administrator access enabling him/her to view the results and statistics of the company’s learners with just a few mouse clicks.
